Encik Khairul Azwan was appointed to the Board on 29 July 2020 as the Independent and Non-Executive Chairman. He is a former Senator in Malaysia’s Upper House of Parliament and was previously with Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants, Kuala Lumpur as an auditor and corporate recovery consultant.

Mr. Koo was appointed to the Board on 19 June 2020 as the Executive Director. He is the key management personnel for the Company.

He was appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 14 November 2011. He has twenty (20) years’ experience serving in Malaysian Armed Forces and more than eight (8) years working experience in numerous fields including facility administration and ancillaries, operation management, property and facility management.

He was appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 26 September 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience in the finance, treasury and accounting sectors.

He was appointed as the Independent Director of the Company on 28 May 2020. He has more than 13 years of extensive and varied experience in audit, accounting, consultancy and other financial matters.
